Christine is an organizational consultant and educator who designs and facilitates interactive leadership workshops grounded in positive organizational psychology and real-world business experience. Her work focuses on helping organizations strengthen communication, build high-performing teams, and create workplace cultures where people feel energized and motivated to do their best work. She is currently a PhD Candidate in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), earned an MBA from the Drucker School of Management also from CGU, and a BA from Pitzer College.
